Cool Text Generator

Hi there! ๐”–๐”ฑ๐”ž๐”ฏ๐”ฑ ๐”Ÿ๐”ถ ๐Ÿ…ฃ๐Ÿ…จ๐Ÿ…Ÿ๐Ÿ…˜๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…– ๐“ˆ๐‘œ๐“‚๐‘’ ๐Ÿ…ƒ๐Ÿ„ด๐Ÿ…‡๐Ÿ…ƒ!

Cool Text Generator

This font generator is a copy and paste tool for generating "fancy" texts that you can use anywhere. Pick your font, preview it, and copy and paste it wherever you want! You can use these fonts on Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Zoom, and more!

How do I use this font generator?

This font generator is unique in that you can generate and preview many different fonts at the same time.

We have two editors. The Cool Text Editor and the Visual Preview Editor.

Cool text editor

In the Cool text editor, type in some text (you can always change this later), and all of the fancy fonts will update automatically as you type. You can also search through the font styles.

Below each fancy text, you will see a few icons:

  • Copy to clipboard (): Click the clipboard icon to copy the cool text to your clipboard. You can then paste this text anywhere you want.
  • Heart (): You can heart or favorite a font, which will move the font to the top of the list. If you unheart a font, it will be moved to the bottom of the list.
  • Show or hide ( ): Don't like a font? Clik the eye icon to hide it! Click again to unhide the font.
  • Preview: Click the preview button to see what your cool text will look like in our visual preview. The fancy font will be automatically copied over to the visual preview, and will replace everything in the visual preview.
  • Add to preview (): If you want to use multiple font styles, click the plus icon to add the fancy font to the visual preview. THe font you click on will be added to the end of any text in the preview.

Visual preview editor

The visual preview lets you see how your text might look like on social media.

We have four previews right now: Instagram homepage, Instagram post, Twitter homepage, and a plain preview.

In the visual preview editor, you can combine multiple font styles, including normal text. Add fancy text to the visual preview, by clicking the button below the generate cool text. Alternatively, click the copy icon () and paste it into the visual preview editor.

How does this work?

Have you every seen fancy text like Tแ•ผIแ”•, or ๐Ÿ…ฃ๐Ÿ…—๐Ÿ…˜๐Ÿ…ข, or tฬ‚ฬ“ฬฒอฉฬ‘hฬ–ฬ‡อ›ฬ“ฬปiอ”อ–ฬœฬ‰อŒsฬ า‰อ…อŠอ and wondered how you can use those fonts? Now you can!

Many websites and apps, including social media (like Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Zoom) allow limited styling to your text (e.g. bold, italics, and underline). You might want to style your text more to make it stand out and draw attention to what you are writing.

Cool Text Generator was created to let you create fancy and interesting fonts that you can copy and paste anywhere.

How does this work? We don't use fonts, per se, at least not in the way you normally think about them. We use something called Unicode.

Letโ€™s talk about fonts first. When you think โ€œfont,โ€ what comes to mind? Perhaps fonts like Arial, Helvetica, or Comic Sans. A font is a graphical representation of letters, numbers and symbols.

Why canโ€™t you use something like Comic Sans anywhere you want? Why not type something in Comic Sans on Word and then copy and paste it into, say, Instagram? That doesnโ€™t work. And the reason is because fonts need to be installed. A special font file that tells the computer how to display letters, numbers, and symbols, needs to be installed in order for you to view text in that particular font.

Since you canโ€™t install fonts on other platforms, like Twitter and Discord, what can you do? This is where Unicode comes in!

Have you sent emojis like โค๏ธ or ๐Ÿ˜‚ or ๐Ÿฅฐ ? You probably know that these are emojis. What you might not know is that if you use emojis, you have already been using Unicode! Thatโ€™s right. Emojis are part of Unicode.

So what is Unicode? Unicode is a standard that defines over 140,000 characters (!) and is used by all modern operating systems (like Mac and Windows) and the web. When you type letters, numbers, or emojis on a computer or a mobile phone, you are using Unicode.

But there are so many more Unicode characters! They cover many languages (including Greek, African scripts, Asian scripts, etc.), symbols (such as mathematical symbols, music symbols, arrows, currency), emojis, shapes, and more.

Various Unicode characters can be put together to create a โ€œfont.โ€ These fonts are a set of Unicode characters, pulled from other languages and symbols.

Can I use these fonts anywhere?

Yes! Copy and paste the fonts to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Zoom, Discord, and more.
